At Yindogsyangcats Pet-Sitting Services, it is our priority that we take great care of our clients and our pet-sitters. The policies below ensures fairness to all involved.

We understand that things come up and plans change. Sometimes clients need to cancel dog walking or pet sitting visits that they had previously scheduled and paid for.

We also believe that our pet sitters’ time is valuable. Pet sitters often plan their vacations and time with their family and friends around client schedules.

We have a limited number of pet sitting and dog walking appointment slots available each day and once they’re filled, we have to turn away any additional dog walking or pet sitting requests in order to ensure that our pet sitters have sufficient time to give each pet the quality care they deserve.

BOOKING POLICIES:

1. CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.

• Full payment must be made within 24 hours from the invoice email date and time.

• Unpaid slots will be released automatically.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than 7 full days’ notice before the first visit: 50% forfeiture

• Less than 7 full days’ notice before the first visit: 100% forfeiture

YDYC reserves time and capacity for confirmed bookings and may turn down other clients.

Strictly no refunds once payment is made.

Cancelled sessions resumed later will be treated as new bookings at prevailing rates.

3. EARLY RETURN / OVERBOOKING

No refunds will be issued for early returns or overbooked visits.

Once visits are scheduled and in progress, they cannot be reallocated.

4. DATE EXTENSIONS & AMENDMENTS (AFTER PAYMENT)

• Amendment fee: $5 per affected visit

• Short-notice amendment (less than 7 days): $15 per affected visit

If the sitter is unavailable for revised dates, no refund will be provided.

5. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Any booking requested within 48 hours of the scheduled visit time is considered a last-minute booking.

• Subject to a 100% surcharge (double the standard visit rate)

• All other applicable surcharges remain chargeable

• Subject strictly to availability

YDYC reserves the right to decline last-minute requests.
