At Yindogsyangcats Pet-Sitting Services, it is our priority that we take great care of our clients and our pet-sitters. The policies below ensures fairness to all involved.

We understand that things come up and plans change. Sometimes clients need to cancel dog walking or pet sitting visits that they had previously scheduled and paid for.

We also believe that our pet sitters’ time is valuable. Pet sitters often plan their vacations and time with their family and friends around client schedules.

We have a limited number of pet sitting and dog walking appointment slots available each day and once they’re filled, we have to turn away any additional dog walking or pet sitting requests in order to ensure that our pet sitters have sufficient time to give each pet the quality care they deserve.

SERVICE POLICIES:

1. *CONFIRMATION POLICY

Once dates are confirmed by YDYC,

a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (within 24 hours from invoice date and time)

in order to reserve your slots for the required dates.

Remaining 50% payment are to be made 7 days before the start of the pet-sitting session.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

For any visit cancelled with more than a complete

7 days notice from the start of the FIRST DAY of the pet-sitting session,

The 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

For any visit cancelled with less than a complete

7 days notice from the start of the FIRST DAY of the pet-sitting session,

25% penalty fee of the total invoice amount will be charged on top of the 50% non-refundable deposit.

YDYC held the slots for you and therefore turned down other clients, so there will be STRICTLY NO REFUND should you decide to cancel.

*Please note that should the client decide to proceed

with the sessions that have been previously cancelled,

it will be considered a new booking and the standard rate shall apply.

3. EARLY RETURN OR OVERBOOKING POLICY

No refund will be given for early returns or over-booking.

YDYC turns down many other people to keep your visits on the schedule.

This makes it impossible to re-book the visits that you have reserved.

Therefore, for scheduled visits already in progress, there will be no refunds. So you are advised to check the dates before confirming the booking.

4. DATE EXTENSION POLICY AND AMENDMENT TO DATES AFTER PAYING 50% DEPOSIT

Additional $5 per visit fee will be charged for

any affected visit to be amended.

Additional $15 per visit fee will be charged if notice is

less than 7 days from date of extension.

If sitter is not available for the revised dates,

there will be no refund.

5. FAMILY & FRIENDS ACCESS

YDYC will not be responsible for other persons in your home prior to,

during, or immediately after our services

have been rendered.

Please inform YDYC at the time of the consultation of anyone

who may have access to your home

while you are away.

YDYC cannot be held responsible for the loss, injury, or death of your pets.

YDYC will also NOT be held responsible for any damage to your home or theft

that occurs if other than YDYC is entering your home or property.

6. SECURITY OF YOUR HOUSE AND VALUABLES

YDYC will not be responsible for any items missing in your house throughout the duration of the booking. We strongly encouraged all clients to install CCTV at home to be turn on and recording for 24/7 while you are away. We also strongly advised to close and locked all bedroom doors. YDYC sitters will only access the common areas like the kitchen, living room and toilet.

7. ADVERTISING OF OUR SERVICES

Photos of your pet will be shared on YDYC Instagram & Facebook.
