1. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Additional $30 for every visit for the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New year Day, Chinese New Year ( Eve, 1st, 2nd day and respective public holidays that follows).
Bookings coinciding with any other public holidays throughout the year, each visit will be additional $20.
2. MONTH OF NOVEMBER & DECEMBER (YEAR END PEAK)
Bookings for 1 November - 31 December, there will be additional $10 surcharge per visit.
3. VET VISITS
Your pet needs to visit the Vet (due to an illness, accidents or emergencies), YDYC sitter will wait up to 5 minutes for a response from the Owner on the next action plan. When Owner is unreachable, YDYC will call the contact given in case of emergency. When there is no response from all parties, YDYC sitter will make the call to bring the pet to the vet (as time is crucial).
Additional surcharge will be $30 every 30 mins the moment YDYC sitter leave your house till the moment we returned from the Vet.
Vet fees and GrabPet transport to be fully covered by Owner.
4. PET BEHAVIOURAL CONCERNS
Your pet is reactive/ aggressive towards strangers, it will be additional $30/ visit.
5. PERSONAL INJURY POLICY
Medical fees to be fully covered by Owner, in event that YDYC sitter is bitten, injured or gets infection (ringworm etc) by your pet.
6. ADDITIONAL PET & INFECTIOUS CONDITIONS
Rates above is for 1 pet. Additional pet will be additional $5 per pet for every visit.
If your pet has infectious medical conditions ( ringworm, cat flu etc), additional fees will apply on top of getting PPE and gloves for the sitter
7. TRIP TO GET MORE SUPPLIES
Please ensure that there are enough supplies of any kind for your pets to last the entire duration of the pet-sitting session. Any additional trip needed to get any supply will be charged on top of the cost of the supply.
8. MEDICAL SERVICES (on top of visit rate)
Oral medication/ supplements - Feeding of oral medication or supplements in pill or liquid form. Prices ranges from $5 - $20 per day vary depending on the number and types of medication as well as the frequency.
Subcutaneous Injections - $10 per injection.
Subcutaneous Fluids - $15 per administration.
