1. PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGES
An additional $40 per visit applies on:
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Chinese New Year (Eve, 1st & 2nd day, and any subsequent public holidays)
All other public holidays throughout the year incur an additional $30 per visit.

2. YEAR-END PEAK PERIOD (OCTOBER – DECEMBER)
• 1 October – 31 October: +$5 per visit
• 1 November – 31 December: +$10 per visit

3. WEEKEND SURCHARGE
Visits falling on Saturday or Sunday incur an additional $10 per visit.

4. VET VISITS & EMERGENCIES
In the event your pet requires veterinary attention due to illness, accident, or emergency:
• YDYC will wait up to 5 minutes for instructions from the Owner.
• If unreachable, YDYC will contact the designated emergency contact.
• If no response is received, YDYC will make the decision to seek veterinary care in the pet’s best interest.
Charges
• $30 per 30 minutes from the time the sitter leaves the home until return
• All veterinary fees and GrabPet transport are fully borne by the Owner

5. PET BEHAVIOURAL CONCERNS
Pets that are reactive or aggressive towards strangers will incur an additional $30 per visit.

6. PERSONAL INJURY POLICY
All medical expenses will be fully borne by the Owner should a YDYC sitter sustain injury, bites, or infections (e.g. ringworm) caused by the pet.

7. ADDITIONAL PETS & INFECTIOUS CONDITIONS
Pets with infectious conditions (e.g. ringworm, cat flu) are subject to additional charges, including PPE and protective equipment costs.

8. ADDITIONAL SUPPLY RUNS
Owners must ensure sufficient supplies for the entire booking period.
Any additional trips required to purchase supplies will be chargeable, excluding the cost of items purchased.

9. MEDICAL SERVICES (ON TOP OF VISIT RATE)
• Oral medication / supplements: $5–$20 per day
(depending on quantity, type, and frequency)
• Subcutaneous injections: $10 per injection
• Subcutaneous fluids: $15 per administration
