She's Juliet, the Cat-Whisperer! If I had more than 5-stars to give for each of the criteria, I would've given her more for sure.

We were leaving our 2 precious cat babies for the first time and were VERY nervous, to say the least.

Juliet came to visit us before we left to get acquainted with the surroundings and the cats, and our braver one got friendly with her instantly, nobody has ever gotten close to our cats before this.

This spoke leaps and bounds about her understanding of cats and how to approach the brave and the scared one differently. Once we left we were constantly kept updated about their health, eating habits, loads of pictures and videos. We felt so, so good. Our second cat is super anxious and shy. But Juliet managed to even get friendly with her towards the end of the 10-day stint -

HATS OFF!!!

And she is a super friendly, approachable person even with humans, so even we loved her!

I would DEFINITELY recommend her and would most definitely approach her again and hope and pray she's available. I don't think I can trust anyone else to take care of my babies like she did.

Was a bit worried about getting a sitter for the first time for my 4 cats, especially leaving my younger kittens alone for the first time and since one of the older ones had gotten diabetes.

But turns out they were in more than capable hands, as Juliet went above and beyond, spending more than the stipulated time looking after them and doing more than just feeding them. She made all 4 cats feel very comfortable, so much so that we were worried that they'd want to go home with her when we came back. (And truth be told, we missed the cats more than they seemed to be missing us).

She bought toys and treats for them as a way to break the ice, and spammed us with photos during every visit (which we loved btw since Juliet is a great photographer. We got some very good photos and some laughs from the videos she sent).

She was very professional and organized also, making it that much easier in leaving the cats in her care. She also did not seem to have any problems with managing the cat with diabetes, so that was definitely a relief as well. She was also very easy to liaise with, making it a breeze in setting up the first meet up and relaying care instructions.

All in all, a great experience for my family and especially my cats! Would 10/10 request for her help again!

Juliet has transformed my baby into a healthy, furry, affectionate, calm cat!

I got Genghis from the shelter not very long ago and he was over grooming from stress and so his fur was sparse. The vets said it might not come back. The fact that he's furry again is monumental because he needed someone loving to calm him. He's also an easily bored cat who loves exploring and she stimulates him with a lot of toys and infectious energy.

She loves cats from the bottom of her heart - it's evident in the genuine way in which she cares for Genghis (she really goes over and beyond - it astounds me). She keeps these daily notes on him (including checking on his litter to monitor his health) and brings different toys to see what sticks. She also sends daily videos and pics (a lot of them, which I love!) to salve my missing heart.

Juliet was an incredible source of comfort for my 2 mid sized (20-25kg) dogs (and me!) during our 10 day absence from Singapore.

She visited twice a day, walked, fed and played with them. During her visits, I was bombarded with plentiful pictures and videos. She also updates me on any irregularities, even if insignificant (e.g. Dewy not pooping during 1 walk). She followed my multiple instructions accurately and asked questions to clarify as required. The dogs were in her safe hands throughout my absence.

Would I seek Juliet's assistance in the future? The answer is a resounding YES!

Juliet was absolutely amazing in updating us throughout her service as she pet set our cat! She made us feel extremely comfortable when we first met and our cat pepper took very well to her and actually missed her a whole lot.

Juliet was very thorough and detailed and even had a checklist of the things we required from her. Everyday away from our cat, we were very at ease because we had tons of photos and video updates.

It's our first time ever getting a catsittier and I must say we were very hesitant at the first but all the cat hotels were fully booked. We chanced Upon pawshake and found Juliet. It was honestly fated! Rest assured we'll always be using this service and Juliet from here on out! Thanks Juliet!

Thank you so much Juliet for taking such amazingly good care of my two senior citizens! As a vet, knowing how much medications and care my cats need, I was originally very worried leaving them when I had to go overseas. Not many pet sitters have the skills Juliet has to administer meds, especially the subcut fluid injections! But Juliet really put my mind at ease with her gentle approach with my cats and twice-daily updates with lots of pictures and videos! She even did a pawgress report for every visit!
